Who we are
GPS Sports Gallery is a sports memorabilia store located at 20545 Detroit Rd, Rocky River, Ohio 44116. We sell collectibles in our store and through this website.
Products and descriptions
We describe and photograph every item as accurately as we can. Many of our items are one of a kind or in limited supply, so availability can change quickly and an item may sell in the store before an online order is processed. If that happens, we will contact you and refund your payment in full.
Colors and details can look slightly different on different screens. If the exact condition of an item matters to you, please ask us before ordering.
Autographs and authenticity
Where a product description names a certificate of authenticity or an authentication company, the item comes with that certification. Authentication opinions are those of the authenticating company. Autographed items cannot be returned, so please review the description and ask any questions before you purchase.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Ohio sales tax is added where required, and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
We accept PayPal, including Venmo and Google Pay through PayPal, as well as check or money order. Online payments are processed securely by PayPal, and we never see or store your card details. Orders paid by check or money order are processed once payment is received.
If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment. We will let you know if this happens.
Shipping and in-store pickup
We try to ship every order within 48 hours. Some items, including framed pieces, are available for in-store pickup only. This is noted in the product description.
Returns
Returns are at the buyer’s expense and are issued as a merchandise credit to use in our store. Autographed items are not returnable. For full details, see our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Gift certificates
Gift certificates can be used in the store or online. They carry no fees and do not expire, and are available in any amount from $10.
Your account and orders
Please give accurate contact and shipping information when you order. You are responsible for keeping your account password private. We may refuse or cancel an order we believe to be fraudulent.
Website content
The text, photos, logos, and other content on this website belong to GPS Sports Gallery or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Team names and logos belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, GPS Sports Gallery is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
