Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.
Shipping costs
- Most orders ship by UPS Ground (3 to 5 business days) for $8. Some larger items cost more.
- U.S. orders of $75 or more, after any discounts, ship free.
- Your exact shipping cost is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
Orders shipping to Canada may be charged duties, taxes or brokerage fees on delivery. These are set by the carrier and Canadian customs, not by us, and are the buyer’s responsibility.
When your order ships
We try to ship every order within 48 hours. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Orders paid by check or money order ship once payment is received.
Many of our items are one of a kind, and an item can sell in the store before an online order is processed. If that happens, we’ll contact you and refund your payment in full.
In-store pickup
Some items, including many framed pieces, are available for in-store pickup only. The product page says so. If your cart includes a pickup-only item, your whole order is set for pickup at no charge, and we’ll contact you when it’s ready.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us right away and keep the item and all packaging. We’ll work with you and the carrier to sort it out.
Returns
- Autographed items are final sale and cannot be returned. Please review the description and photos, and ask us any questions, before you buy.
- Other items may be returned for a merchandise credit to use in our store. Refunds to your original payment method are not offered.
- Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense, and original shipping charges are not credited.
- Items must come back in the same condition you received them.
How to start a return
- Contact us or call (440) 333-3123 with your order number before sending anything back.
- Pack the item carefully. We suggest a trackable shipping method, because we can’t credit items that don’t reach us.
- Once we receive and check the item, we’ll issue your merchandise credit.
