Who we are
GPS Sports Gallery is a sports memorabilia store at 20545 Detroit Rd, Rocky River, Ohio 44116. We run this website and are responsible for the information collected through it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, send us a message or sign up for our newsletter, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, order details and any notes or messages you send.
Payment information. Payments are processed by PayPal, including Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay and card payments made through PayPal. Your card or bank details go directly to the payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. Our security software also uses this information to block spam and attacks.
Cookies
We use cookies that the site needs to work: to keep items in your cart, to keep you signed in to your account and to complete checkout. Some of the services listed below may also set their own cookies. We do not use cookies to show you advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may not work without them.
How we use your information
- To process, ship and deliver your orders, or to arrange in-store pickup
- To contact you about your order, including questions, changes and refunds
- To answer messages and requests you send us
- To send our newsletter, if you asked to receive it
- To protect the website and our customers from fraud, spam and misuse
- To keep the records we are required to keep, such as sales and tax records
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the store:
- Payment processing: PayPal, and Google or Apple if you choose Google Pay or Apple Pay
- Shipping: the carrier that delivers your order receives your name, shipping address and, where needed, your phone number
- Website services: our web hosting provider; Google reCAPTCHA, which helps keep spam out of our forms; Google Fonts; and the Google Map on our Contact page
- When required by law: if we must respond to a legal request, or to protect our rights, our customers or others
These companies handle your information under their own privacy policies.
We email you about your orders. We send our newsletter only if you signed up for it, and you can ask to stop receiving it at any time by replying to it or contacting us.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for your order, returns and store credit, and for our tax and accounting records. We keep messages and newsletter sign-ups until they are no longer needed or you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. If you have an account, you can update your details yourself under My Account. We may need to keep some order information to meet our legal and tax obligations. To make a request, please contact us.
Security
Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and payments are handled by PayPal and the other payment providers named above. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or method of storage is completely secure.
Links to other websites
Our site links to other websites, such as authentication services. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
