Visiting the store
Where is GPS Sports Gallery?
We’re at 20545 Detroit Rd, Rocky River, Ohio 44116, between Rocky River High School and Martin’s Deli.
What are your store hours?
Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and closed Sunday. Hours can change around holidays and events, so call ahead if you’re making a special trip.
Do you host autograph signings?
Yes. We hold in-store signings with players throughout the year. Upcoming signings are announced on our website, and tickets are available in the store and online.
Ordering and payment
How can I pay?
Online, you can pay with PayPal, Venmo or Google Pay, and Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted through PayPal. You can also choose check or money order at checkout. Those orders are processed once your payment arrives.
Is it safe to order online?
Yes. Online payments are processed securely by PayPal, and we never see or store your card details.
How do I use a coupon code?
At checkout, click Have a coupon code? in your order summary, enter the code and click Apply. The discount shows in your total before you pay. See our Discount Coupons page for more.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes. Gift certificates can be used in the store or online, carry no fees, never expire, and are available in any amount starting at $10. Stop in to pick one up.
How do I check on my order?
You’ll get an email when we receive your order and another when it’s complete. If you created an account, you can also log in to My Account to see your order status any time.
Shipping and pickup
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.
How much does shipping cost?
Most orders ship UPS Ground (3 to 5 days) for $8, and a few larger items cost more. Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. U.S. orders over $75 ship free.
How quickly will my order ship?
We try to ship every order within 48 hours.
Can I pick up my order in the store?
Many framed pieces are available for in-store pickup only, and their product pages say so. If your cart includes one, checkout switches to in-store pickup and we’ll contact you when your order is ready.
Autographs and authenticity
Are your autographs authentic?
Every autographed item includes our GPS authenticity guarantee or certification from one of the leading authenticators: JSA, PSA or SGC. The product description tells you which.
Can you find a specific autograph for me?
Often, yes. If you’re looking for something we don’t have, call or message us and we’ll do our best to track it down.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Returns are at the buyer’s expense and are issued as a merchandise credit to use in our store. Autographed items are not returnable. If you have any questions, please call or email us before you buy. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for details.
Fundraising
Can you help with a charity auction or fundraiser?
Yes, it’s something we love doing. We supply sports collectibles for school fundraisers, golf outings and charity auctions, and if an item doesn’t get a bid you can return it at no cost. Learn more on our Charity Auctions page.
